What they are

NBOMe describes a group of synthetic psychoactive compounds, not one interchangeable product. Several have been analytically confirmed in poisoning cases.

Severe toxicity

Reported harms include marked agitation, rapid heart rate, high blood pressure, overheating and seizures. Muscle breakdown and kidney injury have occurred.
